WeCalledIt (wecalledit.app) publishes football predictions generated by our AI system and grades every call in public, hits and misses alike. The service is for information and entertainment. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We are not a bookmaker. You cannot place bets on WeCalledIt, we do not accept or hold stakes, and we do not pay out winnings on bets.

Our predictions are data-driven opinions about football matches. They can be wrong, and some will be. Our published record shows exactly how often. Nothing on WeCalledIt is financial, investment, or betting advice.

If you choose to bet with a licensed bookmaker based on anything you read here, that is your own decision and your own risk. Past accuracy is no promise of future results. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose, and stop if it stops being fun. You must be 18 or older to use this service. If gambling is a problem for you or someone close to you, seek help from a local support service.

Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information, and keep to one account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse other users, or attempt to game features such as leaderboards, referrals, or prizes.

Please do not: scrape, copy, or resell our predictions or data; attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service; post abusive, unlawful, or spam content in community spaces; or misrepresent WeCalledIt content as your own. We moderate community spaces and may remove content that breaks these rules.

Predictions, articles, cards, the record, and the WeCalledIt brand are ours. You are welcome, and encouraged, to share our cards and pages personally, with credit. Commercial use of our content requires our written permission.

In-app points and Play Coins have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, or exchanged for money. Where we run prize promotions (such as a weekly leaderboard), the specific rules shown with the promotion apply, winners may need to verify identity and provide delivery details, and prizes have no cash alternative unless we say otherwise. We may withhold prizes where we find cheating or abuse.

We work hard to keep WeCalledIt fast and available, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. Features may change, pause, or end, especially between tournaments. We may update these terms; if the changes are significant we will tell you in the app, and continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeCalledIt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and, for the avoidance of doubt, we are not liable for betting losses of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
